1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or signing a service agreement with Asphalt Contractor Dubai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the site and our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Asphalt Contractor Dubai provides specialized civil engineering and pavement maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Asphalt Overlays and resurfacing.

• Line Striping & Marking using thermoplastic and high-traffic paint.

• Drainage & Curbing installation.

• Catch Basin Install and French Drain Systems.

• Precision Re-Grading using laser-leveling technology.

3. Terms of Website Use

A. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images of Asphalt Contractor Dubai projects, logos, and technical descriptions, is the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

B. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the site to transmit “spam” or unsolicited communications.

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our server or network.

• Using automated systems (bots/crawlers) to scrape data from the site.

4. Quotations and Estimations

• All quotes provided for Parking Lot Resurfacing or Drainage & Curbing are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Estimates are based on visible surface conditions. If sub-surface issues (e.g., unexpected soil instability or hidden utility lines) are discovered during Precision Re-Grading or excavation, additional costs may apply.

5. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A mobilization deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work commences.

• Milestones: For large-scale projects, such as mall parking lots or highway segments, payments may be structured around project milestones.

• Final Payment: Due immediately upon completion of the physical works.

• Late Interest: In accordance with UAE commercial practices, late payments may be subject to a percentage fee for every month the balance remains outstanding.

6. Site Preparation and Access

The client is responsible for ensuring the work area is clear of vehicles, debris, and unauthorized personnel. For Line Striping & Marking, the surface must be dry and free of oil spills. If our team is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide access, a “standby fee” may be charged.

7. Underground Utilities

While we take every precaution during a Catch Basin Install or the laying of French Drain Systems, the client must provide accurate “As-Built” drawings of underground utilities. Asphalt Contractor Dubai is not liable for damage to unmarked or incorrectly marked underground pipes, cables, or irrigation systems.

8. Weather Conditions and Delays

Asphalt and line marking applications are weather-dependent. High humidity, extreme heat, or rare rainfall in Dubai can affect the curing process of Asphalt Overlays. We reserve the right to reschedule work to ensure the structural integrity and quality of the final product.

9. Warranty and Maintenance

• Warranty Period: We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by chemical spills (fuel/oil), heavy machinery exceeding the designed weight limit, or “acts of God” (natural floods/earthquakes).

• Maintenance: To preserve Parking Lot Resurfacing, clients are advised to follow the provided maintenance schedule regarding sealcoating and heavy-load management.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Asphalt Contractor Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profit) arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asphalt Contractor Dubai and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the completed pavement or drainage systems.

12. Safety and Compliance

All works are performed in compliance with Dubai Municipality safety standards and RTA regulations. The client must not interfere with safety barriers or enter the “hot zone” during the application of asphalt or high-temperature Road Markings.

13. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate a service contract if:

• The other party commits a material breach of terms.

• The project becomes impossible to complete due to unforeseen legal or physical constraints.

• Termination fees may apply to cover materials already purchased (e.g., custom thermoplastic for Line Striping).

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

15. Changes to Terms

Asphalt Contractor Dubai reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
